What is Dysmenorrhea?

Dysmenorrhea” is the medical term for painful periods or another word for menstrual cramps. In addition to that you will have diarrhea and nausea. The menstrual cramps can occur a day before the starting of the period or on the day of the beginning of period. It’s most common to have menstrual cramps the day before or the day you start your period. For most of the people symptoms will disappear after two or three days.

Types of Dysmenorrhea

Primary dysmenorrhea is the term for menstrual cramps that occurs every time on the day of the period, it comes back every time on period. It doesn’t happen because of any medical. One or two days before the day of period, the person who are having this condition have to bear a certain amount of pain, It can also happen on the day of the period. Pain can be of different range from mild to severe occurring in the lower abdomen. Pain will subside after two or three day. The pain usually subsides within two or three days. Secondary dysmenorrhea is termed as painful periods which happens because of any type of condition or from any type of infection in the reproductive organs. Causes
